In early 2024, Jacob joined INNclusivity’s INNmersion Program — a hands-on hospitality training experience that blends real-world practice with personalized coaching. With a quiet determination and an infectious smile, Jacob quickly stood out among his peers.
During his INNmersion, Jacob rotated across housekeeping, service and support roles, supported by coaches and hotel mentors. The aim wasn’t just tasks—it was building confidence, connection and competency.
In May 2024, all of Jacob’s hard work paid off — he received a job offer from Wyndham Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort as a Housekeeping Houseman. His reliability, professionalism, and positivity quickly made him a beloved member of the team.
One year later, Jacob officially graduated from the G.R.O.W. Program at Inspire of Central Florida — a proud moment that marked how far he had come. His journey reflects the impact of INNclusivity’s coaching and the power of consistent opportunity.
Jacob’s success story is proof of what can happen when structured training meets personal dedication. INNclusivity’s INNmersion program doesn’t just teach hospitality skills — it opens doors to confidence, purpose, and community connection.
