In early 2024, Jacob joined INNclusivity’s INNmersion Program — a hands-on hospitality training experience that blends real-world practice with personalized coaching. With a quiet determination and an infectious smile, Jacob quickly stood out among his peers.

A Confident Start

During his INNmersion, Jacob rotated across housekeeping, service and support roles, supported by coaches and hotel mentors. The aim wasn’t just tasks—it was building confidence, connection and competency.

A Proud Milestone

In May 2024, all of Jacob’s hard work paid off — he received a job offer from Wyndham Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort as a Housekeeping Houseman. His reliability, professionalism, and positivity quickly made him a beloved member of the team.

“Jacob is so special to our team—it’s a privilege to have him on board. He does an exceptional job: always on time, never distracted by his phone, and incredibly reliable. We couldn’t be more grateful.”
