Building Skills for Lasting Success

Our comprehensive training programs equip individuals with intellectual disabilities with the skills, confidence, and support needed to excel in hospitality careers.

SERVE Program

Through our SERVE Program, we serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) by partnering with vocational schools and community organizations to build customized hospitality training programs within local hotels. These hands-on experiences connect participants directly to the workplace—helping them develop practical skills, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward employment in the hospitality industry.

S - Start

(Connection & Discovery)

Our Community Navigator begins by working alongside vocational schools and nonprofit partners that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), serving as a workforce development advisor and bridge to the hospitality industry. In this role, we help evaluate participant interests, goals, and readiness while identifying opportunities within hospitality environments.

E - Engage

(Program Design & Industry Alignment)

We design a customized two day experience tailored to the needs of each partner organization and participant group. This includes developing the Workplace Readiness Workshop and coordinating the INNmersion experience, while identifying and aligning with the right hospitality partners to host and support the training. This phase ensures both the learning environment and industry setting are set up for success.

R - Ready

(Workplace Readiness Workshop)

Participants take part in an interactive workshop, led by our Community Navigator, within their vocational or community setting. The session focuses on building foundational workplace skills such as communication, teamwork, and understanding workplace expectations. It prepares participants for what they will experience in a real hospitality environment and helps build confidence before stepping onsite.

V - Vocational Experience

(INNmersion Experience)

Participants engage in a structured, hands-on experience within a real hotel or hospitality setting. During this phase, our Community Navigator leads the experience alongside hospitality partners, guiding participants through real-time learning, workplace interaction, and exposure to various roles. This immersive environment allows participants to connect preparation to practice in a meaningful way.

E - Empower

(Connection & Continued Opportunity)

Following the experience, we help connect vocational partners and hospitality employers to support continued engagement and opportunity. By maintaining these relationships, we help create a pathway for participants to move from exposure to potential employment, while partner organizations provide ongoing support beyond the experience.
