In a Georgia coffee shop, our founder had a life-altering moment when he witnessed something extraordinary: individuals with IDD working with pride, skill, and joy. But he also saw a troubling reality—while the talent was clear, too many others like them remained unemployed.
With over three decades in hospitality, he knew this industry could be different. That moment sparked our mission: to create pathways where people with IDD don't just work—they thrive.
Our proven process helps participants build confidence, gain hands-on experience in hospitality, and successfully transition into lasting careers — creating opportunities that change lives.
We partner with vocational schools for adults with IDD to deliver interactive workshops on Leadership, Teamwork, and Hospitality. These sessions boost self-esteem and confidence while helping participants discover their leadership potential and interest in the hospitality industry.
Participants dive into our half-day INNmersions program, gaining behind-the-scenes experience in hotel operations. They learn things such as guest services, housekeeping, front desk operations, working with chefs, and setting up banquet rooms.
We connect participants with local hotels and vocational schools to secure the right job match. Our coaches provide ongoing support during onboarding and give continued guidance to ensure lasting, long-term successful work
