INNclusivity & Primrose Center: Hospitality Training at Gaylord Palms

We’re proud to be part of this inspiring training initiative, where INNclusivity’s inclusive workforce-development framework comes alive in collaboration with the Primrose Center and Gaylord Palms Resort. Through hands-on “INNmersion” experiences, participants engage in real‐world hotel operations—from guest services and housekeeping support to front-of-house interaction—while being supported by seasoned resort staff.

This video highlights how our mission—creating employment opportunities, fostering community inclusion, and empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities—takes tangible form in the hospitality industry.
