How long is the program?
Employment programs range from 3-6 weeks with a dedicated INNclusivity Job Coach supporting you throughout. Timing varies based on your specific role and individual needs.
What types of jobs are available?
We offer positions in hotels including guest services housekeeping, kitchen, restaurant, banquet department, laundry, maintenance, and the recreation department.
Do you provide ongoing support?
We offer ongoing on-the-job support and can accompany you on-site to ensure your confidence and success. This support is available on a needs basis, if you need more support in the future, your job coach is here to step in.
Is there a cost for the program?
No, our employment programs are completely free for participants. We're funded through partnerships and grants.
