Hotels interested in participating can reach out to INNclusivity to begin the conversation. We’ll guide you through the process and introduce you to our network of school job coaches and special needs organizations.
Partner hotels will host a 3-hour immersion experience that includes job shadowing, hands-on activities, and an introduction to various hotel roles. It’s an opportunity for your team to get involved and share their expertise.
Once the immersion is complete, hotels are encouraged to offer employment opportunities to program participants. We’ll continue to work with you to ensure the transition is smooth, providing ongoing support and resources for both the hotel and new team members.
