Your donation makes it possible for adults with IDD to participate in 3-hour immersion experiences at partner hotels. Each INNmersion includes job shadowing, hands-on activities, and an introduction to various hotel roles—giving participants real-world exposure to the hospitality industry. Your support covers coaching, transportation, materials, and coordination with hotel partners to create meaningful career exploration opportunities. Our goal is to reach 750 participants in 2026.
