Through our SERVE Program, participants develop leadership, workplace, and hospitality skills in partnership with vocational schools and community organizations. Through our HOST Program, they gain hands-on experience during half-day INNmersion experiences with hospitality partners, exploring roles across hotel operations. Finally, through our CONNECT Program, participants transition into employment opportunities with ongoing coaching and support for both employees and employers, creating pathways to long-term success and a more inclusive workforce.

On a sunny morning in a Georgia coffee shop, our founder recognized something bigger as he watched an individual with an Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) working with a kind of joy that seemed to shine a little brighter than everyone else in the room. He would later learn that individuals with IDD often face significantly higher barriers to employment, with unemployment rates more than twice that of the general population. That workforce reality struck a chord with what he knew from decades in the hospitality industry, which itself faces ongoing challenges attracting and retaining talent. And in that moment, in that coffee shop, a light came on there was a clear opportunity to bring the two together. That spark led to the creation of INNclusivity, and today, across 10 cities and growing, with more than 450 INNmersion workshop participants, that vision is helping people not just find jobs but step into environments where they can truly shine.

Through our SERVE Program, we partner with vocational schools and community organizations to engage adults with IDD through interactive workshops focused on leadership, teamwork, and hospitality. These sessions build self-esteem and confidence while helping participants discover their strengths, leadership potential, and interest in hospitality careers.
Through our HOST Program, we partner with hospitality leaders to provide half-day INNmersions that give adults with IDD a behind-the-scenes look at hotel operations. Participants gain hands-on experience in areas such as guest services, housekeeping, front desk operations, culinary, and banquet setup while exploring career opportunities in the hospitality industry.
Through our CONNECT Program, participants transition from the INNmersion experience to employment opportunities. Working alongside vocational schools and community partners, we help match candidates with host hotels while providing hands-on coaching during onboarding and ongoing support to foster confidence, workplace success, and long-term employment.
